I created Liv Vibrantly because I believe every woman deserves a quiet place to come home to herself — and to God. Not a place to perform, but a place to be held.

After years of moving fast, doing too much, and forgetting what my own breath felt like, I began building small rhythms of stillness. Writing one true sentence. Taking three slow breaths. Listening for God in the quiet. Those small practices changed everything — and they became the foundation of the Inner Sanctuary.

Dirty Word of the Day was born from that same rhythm. So many of us hide from words like need, rest, no, and enough because we’ve been taught they make us too much or not enough. This space is a gentle place to take those words out of hiding, one at a time.
